អំពើកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងអំពើរំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទលើកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ីនធឺណេតនេះ បានក្លាយជាក្តីបារម្ភថ្មីមួយទៀតដែលទាមទារឲ្យភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ទាំងសាធារណជន អាណាព្យាបាលរបស់កុមារ អជ្ញាធរ និងសង្គមស៊ីវិលជាដើម ចាំបាច់ធ្វើការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់។ ស្របពេលដែលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកាន់តែមានភាពរីកចម្រើន និងការប្រើប្រាស់ទូរស័ព្ទដៃទំនើបមានការពេញនិយមនោះ អំពើកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងអំពើរំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទលើកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ីនធឺណេត បានក្លាយជាក្តីបារម្ភថ្មីមួយទៀត ដែលទាមទារឲ្យភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធចាំបាច់ធ្វើការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីទប់ស្កាត់ ។ ទិន្នន័យរបស់ FBI រាយការណ៍ថា មានរូបភាពចំនួន៤លានរូបដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរំលោភផ្លូវភេទ កុមារត្រូវបានលុបចេញពីប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ឺនធឺណេតជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ។ កុមារកម្ពុជាដែលកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ទូរស័ព្ទទំនើប មានអាយុចន្លោះ ១២ឆ្នាំ ដល់១៦ឆ្នាំ មកពីទី ប្រជុំជន និងតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល អាចក្លាយជាជនងាយរងគ្រោះនៃការរំលោភបំពានតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ឺនធឺណេត។ ចាប់តាំងឆ្នាំ២០១៥ មកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ ករណីចំនួន៦៣ហើយទាក់ទងនឹងរូបភាពអាសអាភាសរបស់កុមារ និងមនុស្សធំនៅលើប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ឺនធឺណេត ដែលទទួលបានការរាយការណ៍ និងស៊ើបអង្កេត នេះបើយោងតាម អង្គការសកម្មភាពដើម្បីកុមារហៅកាត់ថា APLE នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធនេះ។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាជំនាញមួយ ស្តីអំពី«ការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងអំពើកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងអំពើរំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទលើកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ីនធឺណេត» នាថ្ងៃពុធនេះ ឲ្យដឹងថា បើតាមទិន្នន័យរបស់ FBI រាយការណ៍ថា យ៉ាងហោចណាស់រូបភាពចំនួន៤លានរូបដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរំលោភផ្លូវ ភេទកុមារនៅក្នុងពិភពលោក ត្រូវបានលុបចេញពីប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ឺនធឺណេត ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ។ អំពើកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច និងអំពើរំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទលើកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអ៊ីនធឺណេតនេះ បានក្លាយជាក្តីបារម្ភថ្មីមួយទៀតដែលទាមទារឲ្យភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំង សាធារណជន […]
