Head of Programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategy into workplans, budgets, and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage cross-program referral pathways and SOPs, ensuring risk management and safeguarding.
  • Supervise program leads; set goals; oversee performance management, mentorship, wellbeing and workload balance.
  • Oversee program MEL plans, indicators, data quality, and learning forums.
  • Consolidate narrative and financial inputs for donor and management reporting.
  • Coordinate budget vs actuals and forecasts with Finance.
  • Represent the organization and programs externally.

Prevention and Advocacy Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage workplans, budgets, and QA for prevention, awareness, and industry safeguarding.
  • Maintain referral pathways with communities and industries.
  • Supervise program staff; set objectives; coach; review performance; ensure wellbeing.
  • Define program indicators and tools; coordinate data collection, data quality checks, and learning activities; use results to adapt programming.
  • Compile donor and management reports with clear outputs/outcomes and budget updates.
  • Co-create campaigns and IEC; represent program to partners and media as needed.

Protection and Justice Lead

Community/Youth Engagement Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate trainings for children, caregivers, and youth leaders.
  • Support community risk mapping and action plans.
  • Strengthen referral pathways and coordinate with hotline and services.
  • Track outputs/outcomes and gather feedback ethically.
  • Ensure safeguarding at all activities.

Social Worker

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate psychosocial support to child survivors at crisis intervention stages and throughout court proceedings, following operational procedures.
  • Conduct risk and need assessments to inform service provision.
  • Facilitate referrals to appropriate support services, following established procedures.
  • Keep track of clients and maintain up-to-date case information to ease support provision and case management.
  • Communicate with aftercare services (NGO partners, caregivers, guardians) to track client status and services provided.
  • Maintain and update service-related documents.
  • Input client data into the database and Case Management System.

Crisis Hotline Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage program activities, hotline SOPs, staffing schedules, and QA for intake, classification, takedown, and referrals.
  • Maintain secure CSAM handling and compliance.
  • Supervise program staff; set objectives; rotations; wellbeing supports; performance reviews.
  • Define hotline KPIs; oversee data quality, dashboards, and learning to improve workflows.
  • Produce routine operational and donor reports; track performance trends and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate budget vs actual inputs.
  • Coordinate public awareness about reporting pathways and crisis support.
  • Represent the hotline externally with platforms and partners.

Content Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process phone/web reports and assess risk and urgency.
  • Classify reported content per law and SOPs.
  • Prepare notices to platforms/hosts and coordinate referrals.
  • Log actions and outcomes in secure systems.
  • Support community and industry outreach on reporting pathways.
  • Adhere to wellbeing protocols and exposure limits.

Intelligence Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyse case data, OSINT, and platform reports related to child sexual exploitation.
  • Produce actionable reports to inform law enforcement actions.
  • Support case triage and prioritization; prepare case briefs.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and partner agencies in line with SOPs, confidentiality, and chain-of-custody requirements.
  • Monitor online platforms for CSA indicators; coordinate with the Crisis Hotline on takedowns and referrals.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding, do-no-harm, data protection, and secure information handling protocols.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work/psychology, law/criminology, public policy/governance, management, social sciences/public health).
  • Advanced degree preferred for senior/lead roles.
  • Experience:
  • 4–7+ years managing programs, budgets, donor reporting, and staff supervision for Leadership/Lead positions.
  • 3–5 years in the relevant specialty for technical/professional roles.
