In 2015, APLE became a member of INHOPE International Association of Internet Hotlines, uniting with a shared mission to combat child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in the digital space. This partnership emphasizes our collective commitment to support and empower INHOPE hotlines in the swift identification and removal of CSAM from online platforms. In today’s borderless digital world, the impact of CSAM transcends borders, necessitating a robust response. As the prevalence of CSAM rises, APLE and INHOPE intensify our efforts to protect children and ensure a safer online environment.

A Global Network Against Child Sexual Exploitation
In 2019, APLE became a member of ECPAT International, joining a prominent global network committed to eradicating the sexual exploitation of children. ECPAT operates in over 90 countries, focusing on advocacy, research, and direct interventions to safeguard vulnerable children. This partnership enhances APLE’s efforts in Cambodia, aligning local initiatives with international standards and strategies to combat child exploitation effectively. Together, they work towards a shared vision of a world where all children are free from exploitation and abuse.
