BECOME A CHILD PROTECTION DONOR

Who We ARE

In 2003, Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE) was established in Phnom Penh, Cambodia as an international NGO. Initially, APLE assisted the police with investigations into street-based child sexual abuse and exploitation and provided pro-bono legal support to victims and their families. As APLE gained more knowledge and expertise in combating child sexual abuse, its operations expanded.

Report it, Don't ignore it.

If you come across child sexual abuse material online (CSAM), report it. You can also call our Hotline 092 311 511 to talk to our Hotline analyst and seek help.

What We Do

With 5.6 percent of boys and 4.4 percent of girls experiencing at least one incident of sexual abuse before the age of 18; the prevalence rate of sexual abuse goes up to 38 percent within vulnerable populations such as street children.

Our four interconnected programs seek to enhance social and national mechanisms for the protection of affected children.
