Before you reach out

What Happens When You Reach Out

You do not need to have all the answers, or even be certain something is wrong, to reach out. A trained team member will listen, answer your questions, and help you understand what options are available — at your pace, on your terms.

You can stay anonymous at every step. If you choose to share your contact details, they are kept confidential and are never shared without your consent. There is no cost to you, ever.
