ប្រសិទ្ធិភាព​ការ​ទប់​ស្កាត់​ការ​រំលោភ​សេព​សន្ថវៈ​លើ​កុមារី​ និង​កុមា​រា​

ដោយយោងទៅតាមរបាយការណ៍របស់អង្គការសកម្មភាពដើម្បីកុមារ (APLE) បានឲ្យដឹងថា នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៤ ការសង្រ្គោះកុមារ កម្ពុជាពីការរំលោភសេពសន្ថវៈ មាន៣៧ករណី កុមាររងគ្រោះចំនួន៥៨នាក់ ចាប់ខ្លួនជនសង្ស័យបាន២៣នាក់ និង ផ្តន្ទាទោស ចំនួន២៧នាក់។ នៅឆ្នាំ ២០១៥៖ សង្រ្គោះកុមារមាន១៩ករណី កុមាររងគ្រោះចំនួន៧៩នាក់ ចាប់ខ្លួនជនសង្ស័យបាន២១នាក់ និង ផ្តន្ទាទោសចំនួន២៤នាក់។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៦ មាន១ករណី កុមាររងគ្រោះមាន១នាក់ ខណៈដែលខេត្តសៀមរាបពុំមាន ករណីនេះឡើយ។ ដោយសង្កេតឃើញករណីនៃការរំលោភសេពសន្ថវៈលើកុមារ នៅតែកើតមាននោះ ដូច្នេះហើយទើប កម្មវិធីសន្ទនាមតិ បានលើកយកប្រធានបទស្តីពី «ប្រសិទ្ធភាពការទប់ស្កាត់ការរំលោភសេពសន្ទវៈលើកុមារីនឹងកុមារា» មកធ្វើការពិភាក្សា។ លោក ណេង វណ្ណៈ មន្ត្រីទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈនៃអង្គការសកម្មភាពដើម្បីកុមារ (APLE) បានលើកឡើងថា ប្រសិនបើ ប្រៀបធៀបទៅនឹងឆ្នាំកន្លងទៅការទប់ស្កាត់និងអន្តរាគមន៍ការរំលោភសេពសន្ថវៈមានការរីកចម្រើនខ្លាំងគួរឲ្យកត់សម្គាល់ តែទោះជាយ៉ាងណាក៏នៅតែមានភាពចន្លោះប្រហោងនៅឡើយ។ លោក ណេង វណ្ណៈ បន្តថាដើម្បីឲ្យការទប់ស្កាត់កាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព លោកសូមឲ្យសមត្ថកិច្ចពង្រឹងនិងបន្តផែនការ សកម្មភាពជាតិរបស់គណៈកម្មការជាតិប្រឆាំងនឹងការជួញដូរមនុស្សសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០១៤-២០១៨ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឲ្យអាជ្ញាធរ ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួនដោយសហការជាមួយអង្គការនានា ហើយមិនតែប៉ុណ្ណោះរដ្ឋាភិបាលគួរតែមានថវិកាគាំទ្រផ្នែកនេះ ឲ្យបានគ្រប់គ្រាន់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍផែនការបន្ត។ លោក ណេង វណ្ណៈ សំណូមពរឲ្យអាជ្ញាធរពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ចូលរួមសហការជាមួយបណ្ដាអង្គការនានា […]
