Introduction Session 3

Topic Progress:

Crimes of OCSE can have just as devastating effects on a child as in the offline world. Online child sexual exploitation has extreme consequences which harm the child and can result in lifelong trauma which impact their development. OCSE therefore should always be addressed and not ignored, and children should receive help to ensure they restore their wellbeing.

After this session you will be able to

  • Identify common signs children display after OCSE
  • Recognize the importance of reporting and know how and where to report OCSE
  • Demonstrate ways of providing support in cases of OCSE
