Star Impact Award 2015

Stars Impact Award 2015

In 2015, in recognition of the highest impact work with children, families and communities, we won a Stars Impact Award which represents a high standard in programming for underserved children. 

The award includes $50,000 USD plus capacity building support, and was presented during the annual Philanthropreneurship Forum held at the Palais des Congrès de Versailles, Paris, on Saturday 12th December 2015.

Mr Samleang Seila, APLE Cambodia’s Executive Director, said after receiving the award that “We’re proud and privileged to bring APLE up to the standard for winning this award and being globally recognized. This greatly signifies our priceless contribution to the safety of Cambodian children. However, we can’t celebrate our success here and say it’s finished. The war against child sexual exploitation is still a long way to fight.”

Recognition for the outstanding cooperation and assistance in connection with an investigation of great importance – issued in 2020 by US Department of Justice’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)

Child 10 Award 2017

Every year, Child 10 selects and supports bold leaders from around the world that are standing up and fighting for children, that are strategic, result driven, inspiring, have a deep passion and motivates others to follow.

We are among 10 boldest grass-root leaders around the world who has been selected to receive the Child 10 Award 2017 for working to improve the lives of children on the run from war and conflict and for bringing justice for marginalized children.
